I’m passionate about helping clients improve their health and well-being using evidence-based nutrition treatments, personalized to each individual.

I consult across a variety of clinical areas, and I specialise in Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, pre-diabetes, weight management and related conditions e.g. metabolic syndrome (high blood pressure, cholesterol, insulin resistance). I also have a keen interest in digestive health conditions, and nutrition during cancer treatment & recovery after my own journey with bowel cancer in 2008.

Important Information on Insurance:
If you have health insurance, you may be able to claim part/all of the consultation fee - depending on your policy/provider (e.g. some policies only cover Specialist referrals etc).

Please note - my consultation fee is required be paid directly to me, from you (the client) at the time of the appointment.  Once you have received a paid invoice/receipt from me, you can submit this to your insurer for reimbursement.

Please discuss insurance matters directly with your insurer regarding your policy inclusions.
